People say they like simple.
The truth is, they need simple.
The human brain is wired for two things at once:
It seeks clarity to function, and complexity to grow.
When it comes to decisions, especially everyday ones like food, space, or service, the brain always leans toward what it can read instantly. That’s not a preference, it’s efficiency. Too many options, too much noise, and the brain doesn’t feel excited; it feels tired.
Simple food.
Simple spaces.
Simple systems.
Simplicity is not less.
It is precision.
