The Yogic Circle is back — and this time, we’re taking yoga outdoors!

Join us for a slow summer morning in Amsterdamse Bos with a one-hour yoga class led by Nuthan Manohar of The Happiness Tour, followed by a wholesome picnic prepared by Tasty Talks.

On the picnic menu 🍋
Lemon rice • Watermelon & feta salad • Masala lemonade + a little something sweet.

Join in for yoga under the trees, good food, fresh air and a chance to meet and connect with people.

ONAM SADHYA IN AMSTERDAM 🌿

This Onam, we’re bringing the flavours of a Kerala home to Amsterdam. 💛

Tasty Talks, in collaboration with Rooted Mangoes, invites you to experience a traditional Kerala Onam Sadhya — an elaborate vegetarian feast served on a banana leaf, bringing together dishes, flavours and traditions that are an integral part of Onam celebrations in Kerala.

Our host Aju, founder of Rooted Mangoes, will be preparing the Sadhya she grew up eating — a meal rooted in home, memory and celebration.

On the banana leaf:
Choru • Parippu • Sambar • Aviyal • Cabbage Thoran • Beetroot Pachadi • Kootu Curry • Olan • Rasam • Pulissery • Banana Chips • Sharkara Varatti • Achaar • Inji Puli • Pappadam

And to finish, not one but two payasams — Semiya Payasam & Parippu Pradhaman. ✨

A 70th birthday celebration recently, for which we were asked to curate an Indian dinner. An absolute delicious choice, the family went for seconds and thirds and fourths. ❣️❣️
