New dates for our Pasta Workshops:
29.04 · 13.05 · 03.06 · 24.06

An evening around the table. Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch - flour, eggs, hands in the dough.

We guide you step by step, just as it’s meant to be.
While the dough rests, we pause for an aperitivo with froda spfia ramos Pérez sourdough focaccia, Italian cheeses, charcuterie and a glass of wine (or something soft).

Then we roll: ravioli, tagliatelle.
We cook everything together and sit down to enjoy it.

Pasta Bros is becoming Pasta Bros Academy!!

You might have noticed that things have shifted so we wanted to explain:

Pasta Bros is not disappearing. It’s just taking a different direction.

When we started almost a year ago, pasta was a big part of what we did every day. And although it wasn’t an easy decision, over time things evolved. We refined our focus, putting our full attention on sourdough focaccia with FRODA’S - now the shop, formerly known as Pasta Bros.

Pasta Bros Academy is where we’ll keep our diverse passions alive - through workshops and group events, whether corporate or simply with friends. Still hosted in our space, around the same table.

We’re already working on our new workshop offer, which we’re excited to be sharing soon!

You can still join one of our workshops or book a private event through our website - www.pastabros.nl

Our last focaccia workshop of 2025!

We start from zero – flour, water, yeast, salt.
Mixing, kneading, learning step by step.
Proper dough needs time, and we like to do things the right way.

You’ll make your own dough to take home and let rise overnight,
and bake a golden focaccia with one we’ve prepped for you, made with the exact same recipe and process.

While the dough rests, we’ll enjoy an aperitivo:
homemade focaccia, Italian charcuterie, cheeses, a drink and a sweet treat at the end.

We closed the summer by the waterfront.
Pasta Bros cooked live, Damze Studio showed their pieces, and Red Light Bricks joined us for the first time.

Three Italian-rooted crews in Amsterdam — food, streetwear, and music.

Thanks to everyone who came, and to IJcatcher for hosting.

Pasta Workshop — new dates

Starting at 6pm!

What does a typical workshop look like?

First we knead the dough by hand.
Whilst the dough is resting, we share an aperitivo: our sourdough focaccia, Italian cheeses & charcuterie, small bites, and wine.*

After the aperitivo, we get rolling.

Ravioli filled and shaped.
Tagliatelle cut into ribbons.

We then cook everything and sit down to eat together.

Our recipes are easy so you’ll be able to make them at home!

Come alone or bring a friend.

The group is small and cozy — a good way to meet new people.

And yes, of course we end the night with something sweet. 🍨

A night of learning, good food, and shared stories at the table.
