Not every martini has to follow the rules.

Some bartenders say OTENBA doesn’t make a “proper” martini. Too different. Not juniper-forward enough.

But we’ve had bartenders from Italy to the Netherlands shake and stir some seriously delicious martinis with it. Why? Because OTENBA isn’t just gin, it carries the depth of malt wine, adding texture, body, and a layer of complexity you don’t usually find in a classic martini.

• 40 ml OTENBA
• lots of ice
• top with premium ginger beer
• lemon twist

Spicy. Bright. Beautifully relaxed.

A classic gimlet — but make it OTENBA.
Bright lime, our sorta-gin, kinda-genever… and a cheeky splash of champagne on top. Because why not? 🥂

Ingredients:
• 40 ml OTENBA
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• 10–15 ml simple syrup (to taste)
• Champagne (or dry sparkling wine), to finish

Method:
Shake the gin, lime and syrup with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Top with champagne.
Sip. Smile. Repeat.
Crisp, citrusy, a little rebellious — just how we like it.
