A rosé made from two white grapes because apparently rules are overrated.
Three days macerating in red barrels “because there were no tanks left” — and somehow it turned into this beautifully strange bottle.
Delicate colour, soft texture, subtle aromas, no filtration, no added sulfites.
Free-spirited, singular, and terribly gourmand.
Perfect with aged cheeses, roasted poultry, lacquered duck… or just people who order “one glass” and stay all night.
