Hot outside. Melty inside.
Some things are simply worth sweating for.

Baked Camembert with white wine, almonds, harissa, honey & onion jam, ready to meet a very cold glass of wine.

Trust us, they’re soulmates.

The longest-running star at Fabus.

No seasonal fling. No passing trend. Just perfectly roasted cauliflower, generous tahini, sesame, pomegranate, and years of empty plates to prove it’s a classic.

Meet the newest troublemaker at Fabus.

Proof that being a little spicy is a personality trait.

2024 was a difficult vintage. Berthe took it as a challenge.

Less ripeness, more white pepper, juicy red fruit, and all the charm of Pineau d’Aunis. Light on its feet, heavy on personality.

Come say hi to our newest bottle, and your next favorite glass.

Reality is overrated. Tell us your version.

Spill Your Dreams, the writing collective of IWC students, returns to Fabus for a summer literary open mic with the theme Rose-tinted glasses.

Wednesday, 15 July | 7–9 PM
Fabus Wine Bar, Amsterdam

• Read a 3–5 minute original piece (10 performance spots)
• Or grab a glass of natural wine and enjoy the show

One apple a day keeps the doctor away.
We swapped the apple for radishes.

Crisp radishes, red onions, sesame, and a generous drizzle of pomegranate molasses dressing.

Fresh, crunchy, tangy, and officially joining the Fabus summer lineup.

One starts the party. The other makes sure everyone gets home.

Frangine is fruity, friendly, and absolutely refuses to be put in a box. Our new white by the glass, Happy Hour favourite, and unofficial Pride Month ambassador 🌈.

Maman doesn’t shout. She gently reminds you to order another glass. Bursting with passionfruit and tropical fruit, with a touch of eucalyptus freshness, she’s softer and rounder than your average Sauvignon Blanc.

Available now at Fabus. Come meet the family.

Funky enough for the natural wine nerds.
Crazy Lud is friendly enough for everyone else.

The kind of bottle that starts with « just one glass » and somehow ends with « whose idea was the last bottle? »

Anyway some wines spend years trying to be cool. Crazy Lud just shows up that way.

Straight from Serbia, this delightfully unhinged orange wine by Maurer Oszkár gets its character from extended skin maceration, giving it that gorgeous amber glow, a touch of tannin, and a whole lot of personality.
Think lemon zest, lime peel, jasmine, apricot and quince on the nose, followed by fresh tangerine, pineapple and honeycomb on the palate.

A rosé made from two white grapes because apparently rules are overrated.

Three days macerating in red barrels “because there were no tanks left” — and somehow it turned into this beautifully strange bottle.

Delicate colour, soft texture, subtle aromas, no filtration, no added sulfites.
Free-spirited, singular, and terribly gourmand.

Perfect with aged cheeses, roasted poultry, lacquered duck… or just people who order “one glass” and stay all night.
