LEARN TO BE YOUR OWN PERSONAL DOCTOR

1. TYPHOID FEVER
Get unripe pawpaw, unripe
pineapple, ginger, lime orange and Lipton tea. Cut into pieces, boil with fermented corn water for one hour. Take one glass cup 3 times daily for one week. The ailment will disappear.

2. STOMACH ULCER.
Get 7-8 unripe plantain, peel them, cut them to pieces and pound. Put everything inside a plastic container, fill it with one gallon of water. Allow it to ferment for three days. Take one cup 2 times a day for one week. The ailment will disappear.

Get some seeds of mango, cut it into pieces and keep under the sun to dry. Grind to powder. Put one spoon of

Alternatively; get a handful of bitter leaf and scent leaves, squeeze out the water in them, add lime(orange)juice, grinded garlic and small potash. Take half glass of it twice daily for one month.

Get 2 pieces of aloe-vera, cut into pieces and put it in a container add one bottle of original honey and a glass of water. Take half cup of it 2 times daily for one week.

Get some leaves of Cochorus Olitorus(Vegetable Leaf) squeeze out the water and give it to the woman under hard labour. She will deliver the baby instantly.

NIGERIAN MEAT PIE INGREDIENTS
The number of meat pies you will get depends on the diameter of the meat pie cutter you use. A cutter that is 8 inches (20cm) in diameter will give you about 10 meat pies with the following ingredients.

FOR THE NIGERIAN MEAT PIE FILLING
✓1kg of Irish potatoes
✓5 medium carrots
✓1 buld of Spring onions
✓500g (1.1 lbs) minced meat
✓1 medium onion
✓fresh garlic
✓fresh ginger
✓2 cooking spoons vegetable oil
✓2 Knorr cube
✓2 tablespoon Margarine
✓1 teaspoon thyme
,✓1 Curry powder
✓5 bulb of fresh pepper
✓2 tablespoons plain flour
✓1 cup / 250 ml / 8.4 oz cold water
✓Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARING THE NIGERIAN MEAT PIE
✓Peel the Irish potatoes, garlic, ginger and scrape the carrots, wash and cut these two into tiny cubes.
✓Wash and slice the onions and the spring onions into tiny pieces(separate containers
✓Wash and grater the fresh pepper in a container
✓Blend the garlic and ginger and set aside in a container
✓With your cooker or gas set to medium heat, heat the vegetable oil in a pot, add the 2 tablespoon of Margarine and heat and add diced onions and stir for a bit
✓Add the grater fresh pepper and stir
✓Add the fresh blended garlic and ginger
✓Add the minced meat and stir vigorously till the minced meat turns pale.
✓Add the spices and seasoning and stir
✓Add the carrot and stir
✓Add the diced potatoes and stir
✓Add accurate quantity of water
✓Cover the pot and cook till everything is well done.
✓Add the spring onions and stir
✓Add like ½ milk cup of plain flour to the meat pie filling.
This tip is so that the meat pie filling does not dry up during baking. It is also what keeps the meat pie filling moist.
✓stir the contents and turn off the heat. Set the meat pie filling aside.
Now is the time to prepare the dough for the meat pie.

THE NIGERIAN MEAT PIE DOUGH
CORRECT CHEF (RECIPES)

✓Flour 1kg(All purpose)
✓2 Eggs
✓500gram Margarine
✓1 tablespoon of Sugar
✓2 teaspoons of Baking powder
✓2 tablespoons of Flavour(Milk or Vanilla)
✓Milk(Carton milk)

NOTE:
✓The Sugar substitute the salt, no need of add salt
✓Add little water to the mixture, because milk is added.
✓Don't met the Margarine when using it because it will ruins the meat pie.
✓Don't use butter because butter is quite heavy so it makes the dough very greasy which hinders the elasticity of the dough.
✓If you don't have meat pie cutter, you can get something to cut it into circular shape, add the meat filling inside and used fork to press both edge together.
✓Dissolve the sugar inside small quantity of water (You really do not need a lot of salt for the meat pie dough. The meat pie will get most of its taste from the filling. Mix these dry ingredients very well).
✓The milk will serve as water, means no need for water

PREPARATIONS
✓Put 1 kg of flour in a sizeable bowl
✓Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder
✓If you are using powder flavour, add flavour
✓Use a tablespoon to scoop the margarine in small bits into the bowl of flour. The smaller you make the bits of margarine, the easier it will be for you to rub them into the flour.
Use finger tips to rub the margarine into the flour till the mix becomes like crumbs.
✓Break, whisky 2eggs and add
✓Add the flavour if is liquid
✓Now, start adding the milk in bits while at the same time folding the mix till a stiff ball of dough is formed.

✓Knead the dough very well, put back in the bowl and leave to rest for 5 to 7 minutes. This makes the dough more elastic.
Cut, Fill, Fold and Close

∆•Set your oven to 170°C (335°F) and leave to preheat while you continue with the meat pie.

ƥRub margarine on the insides of the oven tray and set aside. This is so that the undersides of the meat pies do not burn or stick to the tray during baking.
ƥBreak 1 egg, beat it and set aside for the meat pie washing
ƥKnead the dough, roll it out to achieve a 5mm thickness.

ƥAfter rolling out the dough, lay the dough on top of the meat pie cutter, scoop some meat pie filling into the center
ƥBreak and whisk an egg, Apply the egg with brush on one side egde of the dough, cover together and press to cut into shape.
(This is to ensure that your meat pie is perfectly sealed and does not open up while it is being baked).

NOTE: the quantity meat pie filling should be such that you can comfortably close the dough

Remove the excess dough, leaving behind the round cuts.

Place your work of art in the oven tray and repeat the previous step till all the cut out dough is exhausted.

Roll out more dough, cut, fill, close and place in the greased oven tray till all the dough is used.
Rub the egg on the meat pies.

✓This gives the meat pie a golden brown look when done.

✓Set the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
This time will depend on the type and heating capacity of your oven. For some ovens, the meat pie will be done in half an hour, for some, it may take up to 50 mins. - Ginger and garlic fresh #1000.
nut meg ( about 10 sachet is enough).
- 2 custard bucket mix of shombo and tatashe.
- fresh atarodo pepper 2 custard bucket (usage depends on how peppery you want the rice to be )
- 20 litres of groundnut oil.
- 2big packs of tiger time
- Meat stock ( could be beef or chicken )

SPICES
1.) 2 Rolls of kitchen glory
2.) 2 Rolls of benny spice.
3.) 2 Rolls mevina.
4.) 4 sachets of delice spice.
7.)2 big salt packs.

METHOD:

Grind your tomato, fresh pepper, shombo, tatashe ginger, garlic and some onion.

Pour your grounded tomato in a pot and set on fire for the water to dry.

Put your meat in a pot add grounded garlic, ginger, thyme, curry, bayleaf, salt and maggi. Mix properly and add little water. Set it on fire with low heat so that it can absorb spices properly.

Fry your meat , with one bulb of fresh onion in the oil it adds a nice distinct flavour

READY TO COOK YOUR PARTY JOLLOF NOW:

Slice your onion, place your pot on fire, pour in the groundnut oil u used to fry your meat, if is not enough add more, once the oil is hot add sliced onion, add your freshly dried tomato, once its dried add the tin tomato and fry

Add your spices, maggi, salt, kitchen glory, blended rosemary. Go easy on the spices because too spicy jollof is not really good.
Add your stock (the meat water is the stock)...cover to boil very well

Parboil your rice and wash properly
