Since yesterday I finished working on this Aunty Yemisi and brother Yemisi cake, na so all my neighbors both house and shop dey shout ..... Wow! Wow!! Wow!!!🤣

This last compliment is coming from my shop landlord and I don already thank him and others without informing them that this is dummy and now my workers are calling asking if they should still sample the dummy cake outside? 🙆🙆🙆🙆 and tomorrow is Saturday they expect the cake to be at event hall? My people please at this point what should I do? Abi Make I start to go give them their compliments back and if I give them their compliments, will they return my thank you?

Portion control is vast but I want to show you just few secrets of applying it effectively.

Let's get started 💃

✅No 1 secret is to use a smaller plate when serving food

I know you may not admit it but when you serve your food in big plate, you have a high chance of over eating compared to when you serve in a small plate

✅No 2 Secret: Start all meal with a glass of water
Every day before I eat I take a glass of water
Before I know it
I am already feel full. I couldn't even finish the food I served

Why? Because taking a glass of water before eating makes you full faster

Thereby avoiding over eating
Clear right?

✅No 3 Secret: Remove all form of distractions when eating.

Pressing your phone while eating your food or watching TV increases the higher chances of over eating.
This is no joke

I've te**es it severally just to clear my doubt and I found out it's true.

When eating, go to dinning, drop your phone and focus on the food.
It helps prevent over eating

✅No 4 secret: Do not eat food directly from the pot.

The thing about this is, you will never be able to measure the quantity you eat

And the foundation of portion control is being able to measure the amount of food you eat
Is that clear❓

✅No 5 Secret: Chew Your food Slowly not so fast

Eating quickly makes you less aware of getting full — and therefore increases your likelihood of overeating.

As your brain can take around 20 minutes to register that you are full after eating, slowing down can reduce your total intake

I believe this can help some persons on your weight loss journey.
