HOMEMADE CREAM CHEESE

This is a Smooth and Creamy Homemade Cream Cheese Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt (with live active cultures)
- A pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat until it reaches a temperature of 110ยฐF (43ยฐC). Use a thermometer to ensure accuracy.

2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the plain yogurt.

3. Transfer the mixture to a glass or ceramic bowl and cover it with plastic wrap.

4. Let it sit undisturbed at room temperature for 12-24 hours. During this time, the mixture will thicken and develop a tangy flavor.

5. After the fermentation period, you'll notice that the cream has thickened and resembles cream cheese.

6. Stir in a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.

Your homemade cream cheese is ready to be used in your favorite recipes or as a delicious spread!

I use to make these biscuits years ago for my friends at the office just to snack on. Some of them where lucky, there were days when I would just cook or bake and feed them๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
Melting Moments
250g Butter
1 cup icing sugar
2 cups Corn Flour/Maizena
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup oil
2 cups Cake Wheat Flour
Method
Cream butter and icing sugar.
Add vanilla essence and mix.
Add oil and corn flour and mix well.
Add flour and mix. Your dough should be soft. If it's a little sticky Add a tablespoon of flour at a time till you get a nice pliable dough. ( DO not add too much flour)
Pipe onto trays lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180ยฐc for about 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
Let it cool before removing from baking pan.
Decorate with melted chocolate.

HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE

On 20th

Step 1:

INGREDIENTS

- โ…” of a cup Milk
- 2 cups Cocoa powder
- 160g or ยพ of a cup Butter
- 1 cup Water
- ยผ of a cup Flour
- ยฝ cup Sugar (use powdered sugar)

Step 2:

* Take 2 cups of coca powder, make sure you use fine powder and put them in a bowl.

* Take ยพ cup of butter and put them in bowl containing the cocoa powder. Using a spoon grind bigger pieces of cocoa powder. I recommend chopping the butter in smaller pieces for easier processing.

* Put the content of the bowl in a blender or a food processor and blend them into a fine paste, if you don't have an access to a blender or a food processor you can use a regular mixer.

Step 3:

* Put 1 cup of water in a pot and put the paste you made previously step in it. Heat it up until its hot, but not boiling.

* Put the fluid back in the bowl and add โ…” cup of milk, ยผ cup of flour and ยฝ cup of sugar in while it hot. Put the mass in a food processor or mix it by hand until you get rid of the lumps.

Step 4:

* Put the chocolate in different molds, ice cube trays, bowls to get different chocolate shapes and put in a fridge or the freezer for at least 6 hours.
* After it cools remove the chocolate form the mold using a knife and enjoy your homemade chocolate.
