The past few weeks have been one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Losing my dad, my first hero, and then having to face the reality of his burial has been a lot to process. I needed to step away from social media, be with my family, grieve, and simply take each day as it came.
I have just returned from my dadβs burial, and although I know I may never be the same person I was before this loss, Iβm grateful to God for the strength to keep going.
To everyone who noticed my absence and reached out, called, sent messages, prayed for me, checked on me, or simply remembered me during this difficult period, I say a very big thank you.π
Some of you checked on me repeatedly even when I didnβt have the strength or words to respond. Please know that I saw your messages and I appreciate every single one of them.π
Thank you for standing by me, for your love, prayers, encouragement and for giving me the space to grieve.
I may not be able to respond to everyone individually, but from the deepest part of my heart, thank you.
Iβm taking things one day at a time, trusting God for healing, strength and the grace to move forward.
Iβm grateful to everyone, thank you so much ππ½
