(Peanut recipe)
Half paint flour,11 cups groundnut,4 large eggs,2 full cups sugar, 2milkflavour sachets, pinch of salt,Vegetable oil for frying.
(Procedure) Soak peanut for 10minutes and wash out thoroughly and sundry. Mix flour and milk flavour,break eggs into a separate bowl and beat thoroughly. Put groundnuts(like 3cups first)into a slightly deep bowl,sprinkle a bit of the egg mixture on it(mix with a spoon)then spray flour with your hand and mix with a spoon (keep repeating the process,twice for division of groundnuts till it's well coated)then heat oil on low heat.
NB:keeping turning the Peanuts on fire to avoid getting an uncooked and burnt Peanuts.

(Pop corn without the pop corn machine) 1cup of small corn,1 cup sugar, quarter sachet of butter.Put a dry pot on a gas on low heat.Add butter allow it to melt then add corn and cover it and keep shaking the pot.When all the corn has popped, add sugar and keep shaking the pot so that the sugar circulates and drop immediately to prevent it from getting burnt.

Samosa
(Ingredients) Minced beef,2large carrot,2 sweet potatoes,a handful green peas,I spring onion roll, chili pepper 1tablespoon, onion, salt pinch,curry,seasoning cubes,vegetable oil.
(Procedure) Dice ingredients and parboil green peas,potato and carrot,mincedbeef separately then pour in a sieve,put vegoil in a dry pot and add spring onion and ordinary onion and then add all others. Stir fry for minutes then add seasoning cubes.
(Dough)2 cup flour,salt pinch, thyme,sugar(optional), water.Mix all powdered ingredients and add water bit by bit till it's not too dry and not sticky, cover with a foil paper for 20 minutes and then cut your samosa shapes and put the fried sauce into it.Heat your vegoil and fry in a low temperature enjoy.

Flour 2cups,1big egg,2tbsvanilla extract, Diced onion(small quantity),1|2cup sugar,pinch of salt,1full glass of water,milk&baking powder1tbs(optional),Veg oil for frying. Mix all ingredients together with the glass of water coming last then your Pancakes is ready for frying.
Nt:Make sure your mixture is not too thick or watery if watery add flour to thicken,if thick add water recipes To Taste

Have you heard of Garden egg sauce? Here is a recipe.Garden egg,Smoked fish(optional),pepper and tomatoes, grounded crayfish, onions, palm oil, seasoning cubes and salt. (Procedure) Parboil garden egg with a pinch of salt, mash your garden egg till it's shredded. Pour palm oil in a separate pot on fire,add onions, pour your grinded pepper and tomatoes, add crayfish, seasoning cubes and salt.Let it fry for some minutes,add your shredded Smoked fish, add mashed garden eggs and mix,let it fry for few minutes.
