From #1,000 to International Shelves 🌍🔥

Eatmee Suya Spiced Plantain Chips started on 10th November 2025 with just ₦1,000 worth of plantain, a gas burner and one frying pan.
There were days we trekked over 2 hours just to market our chips… selling at ₦100 per pack and ₦1,000 per dozen.

And guess what?
Some days we sold nothing.
Some days… just one dozen 😂

But we didn’t stop.

Fast forward to February 2026 —
Eatmee Suya Spiced Plantain Chips has now reached Poland, Canada, and several cities in London.

What started small is now going global.

Business owners, I need your honest opinion 🤔

A woman walked up to me recently and said she wanted me to supply her with my Suya spiced plantain chips.

Here’s the real story…
She has been trying to make something similar to my product but couldn’t get it right. That was why she came to meet me to supply her instead.

Then she said she wanted to market the chips, but use her own label — not my brand.

I kept an open mind. I met with her, gave her samples and she loved it. She said the product was really nice and that she would talk to someone about it and get back to me.

But I started thinking… is this a genuine business deal or someone trying to be smart?

So I made my condition clear:
If you’re not using my brand name, then you must pay upfront for any quantity you’re taking. No credit.

She agreed.
But later I realized she actually wanted to take my product, use her own label, and still pay later.

Now let me ask you as business people:
Was I right to insist on upfront payment?
Would you accept this kind of deal?
Or cancel it completely?
