You do not have too much acid.
You have too little. And the antacids are making it worse.
Read that again, because everyone told you the opposite.
That burning is not your stomach being too strong.
It is your stomach being too weak to finish the job — so the food sits, ferments, and pushes back up.
A weak stomach, not an angry one.
Every antacid you swallow kills the little acid you have left. The fire eases for two hours. But now the food sits even longer, ferments even harder, and you walk straight into the next round.
You are not treating it.
You are feeding it and numbing yourself.
Years of chalk tablets. The ulcer still there. And nobody asks why 'managing' it for a decade never once healed it.
Keep taking what your doctor gave you — that stays, especially with an ulcer. But understand what you are actually fighting. You have been silencing an alarm and calling it treatment.
