SMALL CHOPS WILL MAKE YOU FORGET ALL THE CONFIDENCE YOU HAD BEFORE YOU STARTED.
Yesterday and today, I had small chops orders back-to-back.
And let me tell you something…
Nobody can fully prepare their minds for a small chops order 🥹
There are different methods of making and wrapping small chops, but for me, I’m very comfortable with the batter method.
But between yesterday and today, I don’t even know how many times I got burnt. 😭😂
Fire here.
Hot oil there.
Trying to get the wraps right.
Trying to make sure everything comes out neatly.
At some point, I was just like, “God, please let me finish this order.” 🤭
But guess what?
Everything came out beautifully ☺️
And then the reviews started coming in…
“Your small chops were so nice.”
“Everything was delicious.”
Customers were happy.
And me?
I forgot all the stress😁
Funny how one good review can make you forget the hours, the heat, the burns, the standing, the pressure and everything you went through to make sure that order went out perfectly.
This is one thing people don’t always see behind the beautiful pictures of food.
There is a whole lot of work happening behind the scenes.
But when the customer is happy and you know you delivered exactly what you promised…
It’s all worth it…
