looks different for everyone. Here's one of mine... ❤️
I still remember my very first 50-pack small chops platter order. It was for a close relative, and I was still learning.
To save time, I prepared the spring rolls and samosas a day before and stored them in the freezer. Unfortunately, I didn't know the proper storage method then.
The next day, when it was time to fry them, some of the wraps had softened, and a few had started tearing. 😩
We worked through it, fixed what we could, and delivered the order. Thankfully, the client loved it.
Today, it's a different story.
After learning, relearning, and improving my process, my ready-to-fry wraps stay properly frozen, don't tear, and fry beautifully.
That's what growth looks like.
Every mistake became a lesson, and every lesson made me better.
So if you're just starting something, don't be discouraged by the challenges. Keep learning, keep practicing, and keep showing up. Your improvement will speak for itself.
