Backpacks & Futures: Empower Women, Educate Kids

Join us in a dual mission to uplift women and support children from underserved communities!

We’ve just celebrated the graduation of skilled bag makers from our recent skill acquisition project. Now, we’re taking the next step: ensuring financial independence for these talented women while providing essential school supplies for children in need. We are looking at making 200 bags at N8000 each.

Your Contribution Makes a Difference:
- Empower Women: By donating, you help local women gain financial independence through their craft. 0082689673

Ashake foundation
- Support Education:Every donation goes towards school bags and supplies, ensuring that children have the resources they need to stay in school.

Why It Matters:
With rising costs, many children face the risk of falling behind due to a lack of basic school supplies. By supporting our project, you are giving these kids the tools they need to succeed, all while promoting local craftsmanship and entrepreneurship.

How You Can Help:
Donate today to make a tangible impact. Your generosity will ensure that children receive school bags and supplies created by our newly graduated artisans, fostering a cycle of empowerment and education.

Today, we had another incredible and inspiring time with the girls at Government Secondary School, Kuchingoro. The day was filled with learning, affirmation, and grooming, all aimed at helping these young minds believe in the power and potential of being a girl.

Our sessions focused on the importance of menstrual hygiene, a crucial aspect every girl should learn from an early age. By understanding how to stay tidy and healthy during their menstrual flow, these girls are better equipped to handle this natural part of their lives with confidence and ease.

Each interaction, each lesson shared, and smile exchanged brings us closer to our goal of empowering these young girls. Together, we are fostering a generation that understands their worth and the importance of their health.

This impactful day wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication and support of our partners. We are deeply grateful to , , , , and for their unwavering commitment to this cause.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to making this project a success. Your support is making a real difference, and we look forward to continuing this journey together.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm super to share with you my personal experience and fiction story titled "The Girl Who Wanted to Be Seen".
Growing up, I had the worst form of inferiority complex and it shaped some of the mistakes I made as a young adult.

In my line of work at the Ashake Foundation, I have seen and heard stories of young amazing girls who in the quest of seeking for validation and experiencing low self-esteem, have made life-long mistakes and these experiences made me decide to do something about it.

This book is a powerful tool for empowering young girls, promoting self-belief, and inspiring them to take control of their own journeys.

By purchasing a copy on
selar.co/217146, you're not only getting a great read, but you're also helping us print and distribute copies to schools in Abuja and its environs.

Join me in this journey of inspiring and empowering young girls.

Hey there, been a bit.

We had our outreach for widows today and it was so amazing. I thought I had mastered the emotions behind bringing smiles on the faces of these amazing women but alas, I cried like a baby. I am just so grateful to be doing this . Anyway, I want to share on something that’s like a light bulb moment for me.

As we wrap up the year, you've probably noticed a ton of advice online about how to make the next one even better. It's like a flood of self-help and motivational stuff, right? Well, I want to share a simple idea with you – let's call it the Cocktail Effect.

Here's the deal: You're unique, just like your fingerprint. In this sea of information, it's cool to listen to what others have to say, but not everything is going to click with you. That's totally fine. We all have our own flavor. So in the midst of so many flavors, pick what works perfectly and follow through.

You've likely heard people saying New Year resolutions are a joke. But here's the thing – if they've worked for you, why change it up? It's your own secret sauce for success. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Stay productive, keep learning, understand that time is your greatest asset and what you are bringing to the table is as unique as yourself.

And about those folks who say you haven't fulfilled your duties to the new year if you haven't done this or that? Forget about it. Instead, grab a piece of paper and do your own little end of the year analysis – what your strengths are, weaknesses, what's out there for you, and what challenges might pop up. It's like making a personal plan that suits you.

Before I forget, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you! In the midst of all the online noise, remember not to overload yourself with info. Take what's useful, ditch what's not, and always trust your gut. That’s the Cocktail Effect

You're important, and we need you here, alive and well. So, here's to a New Year filled with being yourself, growing in your own way, and creating your very own recipe for an awesome life. Cheers to you!

N.B For the explanation of the picture Below. As a foodie, I had just had a fantastic English breakfast and I enjoyed it so much.. Ask my friends , they know my love for food… lol…

Signs out in dramatic laughter

I first heard about the cocktail effect on Tayo Aina YouTube channel and I thought to expand on it.

It also contains omega-3 fatty acids, which helps in the promotion of healthy joints and overall body health. There is also protein in crayfish, and it serves as building block for bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood.

One of our most scariest issues we are faced with now is and this had caused people to become more .
We spend so much time trying to make money and we forget that we have a family.
Whether nuclear or family by extension, please don't stay alone. Don't die in silence. Talk to your maker(God), share with friends and always remember that when the chips are down even if you have all the 💰 money to spend, you will still need your Family.

Please pay a visit to your parents and loved ones. Say no to that event that takes all your time and just hang out with your spouse and children.
Spend time with the less privilege. It's a tablet that works more than the best pain reliever. Also, reduce your market stress and let's do the stress for you.
Is that OK?
Have a beautiful weekend.
