* Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

* Handle stock control, ordering, and cost management
* Uphold brand reputation through professionalism and attention to detail
*Requirements*
* Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Drivers Licence and own transport will be an advantage
* Friendly, reliable, and able to lead by example
* Strong organisational and time-conscious approach
* Proven ability to manage a team effectively
* Any foreign international language knowledge would be an added advantage.
