Mushroom Pate
300 g brown & shiitake mushrooms chopped
Sauté with olive oil & butter, onion, garlic & celery
Add 25 ml soya and 50 ml sweet sherry.. or rum 🤔
A dash of chicken stock, few drops of honey
Salt, pepper, 7 thai spice and thyme
Panfry untill cooked, wait to cool and blend
Enjoy with toasted ciabata or farm bread
