🎉 5 Years of Memories | Featured in FMT 📰

One of the most surreal moments in Seitan's Kitchen's journey was being featured in Free Malaysia Today (FMT) back in April 2023.

As a small home-based vegan business from Seremban, I never imagined that our story would one day appear in a national news publication. Yet there it was — an article by Anne Grace sharing Seitan's Kitchen with readers across Malaysia.

The feature gave us the opportunity to reach people we never would have reached otherwise. Many customers discovered us through that article, and some are still ordering from us today. ❤️

More importantly, it helped spread a message that has always been at the heart of Seitan's Kitchen:

🌱 Vegan food can be delicious. 🌱 Vegan food can be satisfying. 🌱 Vegan food can be affordable.

Five years later, that belief hasn't changed.

We're still here, still making pizzas, pastas, desserts, and comfort food from our little kitchen, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.

🎉 5 Years of Memories | Mama & Papa Edition ❤️

Every small business has its first customers.

Mine just happened to be my grandparents.

For the past 5 years, Mama and Papa have been Seitan's Kitchen's biggest supporters. Long before anyone else was ordering pizzas, they were already happily sitting at the dinner table, ready to taste whatever new recipe I came up with.

And somehow, 5 years later, they still react with the same enthusiasm they had on Day 1.

To this day, Seitan's Kitchen remains the unofficial food sponsor for birthdays, family gatherings, celebrations, and pretty much any occasion where the family gets together. 😆🍕

The best part? They're also my most honest critics.

If Mama and Papa say it's "very tasty", then you know it probably is.

As Seitan's Kitchen celebrates 5 years this month, I'm reminded that behind every pizza sold, every order delivered, and every milestone reached, there were people quietly cheering me on from the very beginning.

Thank you, Mama and Papa, for believing in me before anyone else did. ❤️

🌱 5 Years of Memories — Day 2

One of the most meaningful milestones in Seitan's Kitchen's journey happened this year.

On 31 January 2026, our pizzas became available outside of Seremban for the very first time through Vegan District .

What many people don't know is that this happened because Vegan District believed in us.

From transportation and storage to packaging and marketing, they put in the work to help bring Seitan's Kitchen to a wider audience. They didn't just stock our products—they helped create an opportunity.

In a world where businesses are often seen as competitors, we're grateful to be part of a vegan community that chooses collaboration instead.

As we celebrate 5 years of Seitan's Kitchen, we want to express our heartfelt thanks to Vegan District for being part of our story.

And today, we'd also like to encourage our followers to support their relocation fundraising campaign if you're able to. Businesses like Vegan District do more than sell products—they create spaces where compassionate choices become easier and more accessible.

𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼, 𝗦𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻'𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻.

I wanted affordable, tasty vegan pizza and pasta.

I wasn't a chef. I didn't have a restaurant. I didn't have investors.

Just a small kitchen, a lot of trial and error, and probably far too many pizzas eaten in the name of "research". 🍕😆

What started as a personal craving slowly became something so much bigger.

Some customers have the kindest hearts, and this is one I’ll never forget 🥹🤍

This was her first time ordering from Seitan’s Kitchen for her vegan friend who was coming over for an open house. Because I couldn’t personally make the delivery in time, I arranged it through Grab.

When the pizzas arrived, they were honestly not in the condition I had sent them out in, and my heart just dropped. My immediate thought was to refund her because I was truly shocked and upset.

But instead of being angry, sis was so understanding and kind. She didn’t blame the rider, and she didn’t blame me. In fact, she was the one comforting me and giving me reassurance 🥹

And then to hear that the rendang pizza was “amazing” and “mind blowing” despite everything… truly means so much.
