1. Customer place online order at least 1 day in advance before 9pm
2. Central kitchen receive order and prepare
3. Food deliver in bulk to hotbox and keep warm
4. Customer receive sms notification on the pick-up code upon food delivery to hotbox
5. Customer redeem their meal box from the selected hotbox and enjoy
