大人餐厅1974年创立于 Jalan Bukit Bintang。

1978年，我们搬进了金河广场。

那个没有手机、没有随手拍照的年代，
许多珍贵画面，只能靠旧照片和回忆，一点一点拼凑回来。

小编也很努力地“引导” Mr Chat 🤖*，
希望尽可能还原70～80年代金河广场「大人餐厅」当年的模样，
也想勾起当年叔叔阿姨们的回忆。❤️

Esquire Kitchen was established in 1974 on Jalan Bukit Bintang.

In 1978, we moved to Sungei Wang Plaza.

Back then, there were no smartphones or instant photos.
Many precious moments were simply kept in old photographs and memories.

Our team also spent quite some time “guiding” Mr Chat 🤖,
hoping to recreate the look of Esquire Kitchen at Sungei Wang Plaza in the 1970s and 1980s —
and perhaps bring back a few familiar memories. ❤️
