Smarter workflows start with teams that know how to build them.

On 7–8 April 2026, we conducted a Microsoft Copilot Studio Automation training session for Less Mils Asia Pacific, focused on helping teams understand how AI-powered automation can support better, faster, and more efficient ways of working.

The session emphasised hands-on learning with Microsoft Copilot Studio, showing how teams can approach automation from a practical business perspective: identifying repetitive tasks, streamlining processes, and designing workflows that reduce manual effort.

🚀 Another AI Automation Project Delivered for Attin Press

Happy to share one of our latest projects completed for Attin Press, where we developed a custom Job Masking & Production Form using AI-assisted development and automation.

In the printing industry, job details often come from different channels, with specifications scattered across emails, WhatsApp messages, and manual documents. This can lead to missing information, production delays, and unnecessary back-and-forth communication.

To help solve this, we built a centralized digital form that allows the team to capture all production requirements in one place.

Job specifications and print requirements
Finishing options and material selection
Binding and sizing information
Plate calculation requirements
Production notes and instructions
One-click PDF generation and email distribution

What makes this project interesting is that it was developed using a Vibe Coding approach, where AI-assisted development helped us move from concept to working solution much faster than traditional development methods.

The result is a cleaner workflow, less manual work, better accuracy, and faster communication between departments. Most importantly, the team can now spend less time managing paperwork and more time focusing on delivering quality work to their customers.

This is another example of how AI is not just about chatbots and content generation. When applied correctly, AI can help businesses digitize everyday processes and improve operational efficiency.
