Authentic Pad Krapow (Thai basil stir-fry) must use only basil leaves. (Bai krapow) Not (Bai horapa) Many stalls in Kuching that aren't owned by Thais sell stir-fried basil , but almost every stall uses the wrong ingredients.😅 Many people eat at the stall or order online and comment that they don't smell the basil leaves, something is different. Of course, it's not the same as what you've eaten from other stalls because we use a different type of basil leaves. Only those who have traveled to Thailand will know the true taste of Thai food.
