Let’s cook Kimchi Fried Rice the Asian way! Just use a rice cooker to cook the rice, and remember to use finger to measure the water. 🙈🤣 (Don’t drain the rice with colander, ok? 😉)

1. Preheat pan/wok. Add cooking oil.
2. Add garlic, stir until fragrant.
3. Add bacon/sausage/lapcheong and stir well.
3. Add chopped Kimchi and stir until 80% cooked.
4. Add mushrooms (optional) and mix well. Reduce the heat to medium-medium low.
5. Add rice (preferably overnight one to prevent soggy wet fried rice), kimchi juice and gochujang paste and mix them together well.
6. Add seasoning (salt & pepper).
7. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onion or seaweed strips.
8. Add a sunny side up if you wish!

It’s easy, so ‘dont be afraid’. 😝
