Every space has a beginning before its beginning.

These past weeks were spent finding rhythm. In the menu, in service, in understanding what this space needed to become. Thank you to everyone who was part of that start, and stayed with us as it came together.

A quick note on our operational hours.

From 4 June 2026, we will be observing a daily break from 3pm to 5pm. This is to allow us to better prepare for each service, a response to the overwhelming support we have received since our soft opening, and a step toward stabilising our operations. We will update again once these are settled.

We remain open Monday to Sunday, 12pm – 10pm, with extended hours until 10.30pm on Fridays to Sundays. We remain closed on Wednesdays.
