Blessed by the rich tides of the Ariake Sea - one of Japan’s most renowned seaweed-producing regions - our Ariake nori offers an exceptional aroma and depth of flavor.
When enjoyed as a hand-rolled sushi, the roasted fragrance of the seaweed becomes even more pronounced, while the sweetness of the eel sauce and the richness of the eel gently unfold.

〈How to eat〉
① Enjoy it as it is.
② Add the condiments.
③ Transfer to a small bowl and pour the dashi broth.
④ Top with yuzu pepper or wasabi to your liking.

This special maguro dashi (tuna broth) was jointly developed by AMON and a long-established dashi artisan that has supported Japan’s finest ryotei restaurants for generations. When you gently pour the fragrant broth over the unajū, the soft aroma of tuna rises with the steam, blending beautifully with the sweet glaze and rich flavor of the eel.

The result is a smooth, layered depth of taste that unfolds with every bite. Accented with the refreshing aroma of yuzu pepper and the delicate crunch of arare (crispy rice puffs), you can enjoy AMON’s signature unajū in two or even three exquisite ways.
