It’s a wrap! 🎉
What an amazing time we had at ! Sponsoring 40,000 pieces of kuih was no small feat, and our team worked incredibly hard to make this event a success. 😃

✨ Special shout-out to .noris, our main person and event coordinator, who gave her all to ensure everything ran smoothly—for both our team and the organisers. From leading our rebranding and creating visuals to coordinating kuih distribution at each checkpoint, you’ve been nothing short of a remarkable leader. 🙌🏻

To our production leaders .lyn & —producing 40K kuih in such a short time is no easy task, especially with their short shelf life. From handling a cold-room breakdown to replacing 15K damaged kuih and covering missing packaging, you both were simply amazing. 👏🏻

Our logistics heroes & , who worked tirelessly from 4 AM till midnight, deserve huge appreciation too. Despite road closures, you delivered cartons of boxes and set up flags and backdrops at each checkpoint—making it all happen with limited resources. 🤝

Heartfelt thanks to our founder , who personally joined the packing line and even created super cute, colourful kuih for VIPs. She introduced our brand to key guests and proved that age is just a number, still giving her all to the business. 💪🏻

To our on-demand team, who set up the booth and kept serving from noon till midnight despite the rain and a 20K-strong crowd—you were incredible. 🙌

Finally, thank you Tuan Eddy Casmady, President of , for inviting us to supply kuih for such a vibrant, proudly Malaysian event. We loved working with you and look forward to more collaborations! 🙏🏻

SRI TALAMAZ’S FOUNDERS!

We often get questions about whether our founders are Muslim. So here they are: Pn. Mariam and Pn. Zaleha—proud Muslims and proud Penangites—who started this business 25 years ago!

It was not an easy journey. From selling kuih by the roadside to support their families, they grew the business to supply major hotels, hospitals, caterers, aviation companies, convention centers and many more.

Today, they lead a team of over 100 staff members and operate two fully functioning factories—hence the name “The Kueh Factory.” The brand name Talamaz comes from their initials: TALAM + (M)ariam + (A)nd + (Z)aleha, a name that also celebrates women’s empowerment.

Their struggles and ambition to preserve our local traditional kuih are truly inspiring. Running a large-scale kuih business is no easy feat, yet they have successfully turned their vision into reality. The company’s mission remains clear: “To promote local traditional kuih for generations to come.”

To our Muslim customers, you can enjoy our kuih with full confidence—it is HALAL-certified by JAKIM, and all our processes and products are delicious and trusted, inshaAllah.
