January’s Featured Coffee is here, and we’re starting the year with a beautifully clean and refined cup from Costa Rica. Grown at Vista al Chirripó, the highest-elevation farm of the family-run Café Rivense del Chirripó, this coffee is shaped by cool mornings, steady sun, and careful harvesting at peak ripeness. Jonathan shares more in the reel, and if you’d like to enjoy it at home, whole beans are available online, at both our outlets, and at our roastery.
