不知不覺，在新山已經忙了一個禮拜！
這個星期真的被JB 朋友們的熱情深深感動！從早到晚店內都是滿滿的人潮，看到這麼多人喜歡我們的料理，這對我們來說是最好的開張禮物。
因為大家的支持，這幾天生意好到超乎預期，好多熱門菜餚天天提早賣光。對於那些特地過來卻沒吃到的朋友們，我們真的覺得很抱歉，團隊已經在加緊腳步補充食材、備好庫存。我們會持續調整，為了帶給大家更好的用餐體驗。

這幾個月為了裝修店面，我們真的花了很多心思，就是想把最道地的台灣菜完整帶過來 JB。現在店面終於弄好了，真的很期待見到大家！
2026 年 5 月 1 日，正式試營業。我們到時候見！

We are so excited to finally open at SKS City Mall.

這不僅是我們在 PJ 的第一間分店，更是四四南村的一次華麗變身。簡單來說：四四南村 ＋ 火鍋 ＝ 四四鍋物。

我們保留了大家最熟悉的經典味道，並加入暖心的火鍋元素，打造出全新的餐飲體驗。經過數月的籌備，店面裝修我們花了很多心思，我們即將在 4 月 27 日正式試營運，就等你們過來坐坐，親自感受升級版的四四南村！

這碗滷肉飯，跟一般的很不一樣。
早在 2009年，我們就榮獲了第九屆台北市傳統美食嘉年華「尋找台北黃金滷肉飯」美味獎優勝。雖然已經過了許多年，但這份獲獎的配方被完整地傳承至今，一絲一毫都沒有改變。
口說無憑，來四四南村試試吧~

Back in 2009, the Mayor of Taipei personally honoured us with the “Excellence in Taste Award” at the 9th Taipei Traditional Food Carnival. Even after all these years, our award-winning recipe has been meticulously passed down, staying true to the original taste to this very day.
