⛵️ A Mediterranean Voyage on a Vegan Capsicum Boat 😆

Ready to set sail on a wave of Provençal herbs 🇫🇷, fresh Greek flavours 🇬🇷, and Levantine spices 🇱🇧? This creation features a roast capsicum stuffed with a fluffy millet-quinoa pilaf (because gluten-free is the way to be!), floating on a bed of vibrant caponata.

Antipasto, meaning "before the meal" in Italian. It can be as simple as a bowl of olives, or it can take shape as a platter of assorted cured meats, cheeses & vegetables served sharing-style.

My favourite antipasti happen to be plant-based. Flavourful grilled vegetables: ca****fo (artichoke), zucchine, peperoni (bell peppers) & marinated olives, served warm or chilled.

We'll be wrapping up our Pop-up at this month!
