So What do u get in john wick?
Bread with marinated mince beef and beaten eggs(2) , 4 slices of Mozarella sticks, sliced fresh zucchini, freshly cooked streaky beef, romaine salad, mayo, inhouse sause, hot siracha (optional), ….the process is quite tedious , i can tell u that..

We are from Penang and we love penang food. Thus all our meal are skewed to penang taste. We would like to point out that the word CHAR means burnt.. thus our char koay teaw is cooked charred in away to have that burnt taste and not watery.

I see lot of kedai selling char koay teaw penang but watery type… the word CHAR means burnt n dry…

The basic ingredients should be prawn, cockle, kuchai, taugeh, egg and cooked dry..
