Alongside our regular Onzen Egg Yolk, you can also add on our Shoyuzuke Ranou — house-marinated in our signature soy sauce, our Shoyuzuke Ranou is silky, deeply savoury, and perfectly balanced. Rich in umami with a lingering finish, it adds depth and complexity to every bowl.
