My partner and I have always been huge fans of pasta. We love trying new recipes and experimenting with different sauces and ingredients. We would often have friends over for dinner parties and serve up elaborate pasta dishes that we had spent hours preparing.

One day, we were discussing our dream of starting our own business and realized that our passion for pasta could be the perfect foundation for a new venture. We started researching the market and learned about the growing demand for fresh, homemade pasta. That's when we decided to take the plunge and start IZZY-G.

It wasn't easy getting started. We spent months perfecting our recipes and sourcing the best ingredients. We also had to navigate all the challenges of starting a small business.

But it was all worth it in the end. We opened our doors in the winter of 2022 and have been thrilled with the response from customers. It's been a dream come true to see our passion for pasta turn into a successful business, and we can't wait to see where the future takes us.
