Handmade Fried Nian Gao

A childhood favourite that never really leaves us.

Handmade Nian Gao layered with naturally sweet sweet potato and freshly fried until golden, with a crisp exterior and soft, chewy centre. Simple and comforting, it’s a nostalgic treat that still tastes just as familiar today.

Beef Brisket Noodle, A 30-Year Heritage Flavour

This bowl started thirty years ago, made the same way ever since. Premium imported Australian beef, slow-simmered for 6 to 8 hours until the brisket is tender and the broth runs rich.

Thirty years, one flavour, carried through to this generation.

Every city has its secrets. In George Town, ours is down a quiet alley — where the noise of the street fades, and what remains is the warmth of a kitchen, the smell of something slow-cooked, and a bowl that feels like it was made just for you.
