1. 解冻后倒进锅子里加热
2. 放进微波炉里加热
3. 不剪开包装，放进煮滚的热水泡10 - 15分钟 *食品级耐热包装

据说是海南先辈早期来到南洋，海南人受雇于洋人烹调西餐🍽️，通过洋人的口述把西式鸡扒的烹煮方式加以改良，就创造出这中西合璧的海南鸡扒。

滑嫩多汁的鸡腿肉配上青豆洋葱酱汁流传至今。

Under British ruling, Hainanese was hired to cook for them.
