Porque un buen bolillo sin gluten no aparece por arte de magia.

Se prueba. Se ajusta. Se vuelve a probar. Los resultados preliminares requieren más pruebas con mantequilla. Por motivos meramente científicos, obviamente.

Test. Adjust. Test again. Preliminary results call for further testing with butter. For purely scientific reasons, obviously.

Un pan en la mesa puede parecer algo muy sencillo… hasta que comer pan deja de ser sencillo.

Por eso me sigue haciendo feliz sacar del horno cosas como estas:
brioche grande, suavecito, dorado y completamente sin gluten.

Volvamos a poner pan en la mesa ❣️

Cuando tus roles viajan hasta Tepic y recibes esto al día siguiente… 💛

“¡Están riquísimos! Lo metí al horno y hasta el glaseado se tostó un poco. ¡Están deliciosos!” 🤤

Y el glaseado tostadito parece crème brûlée 🫶🏼

Este Banana Cream Pie sin gluten y vegano fue un pedido especial que salió hoy de la cocina. 🍌🥧

Me encantan esos pequeños retos que me sacan del menú de vez en cuando, pensando en que al final alguien podrá disfrutar algo que hace mucho se le antoja comer.

Hecho especialmente, empacado y listo para irse a casa. 🤎
