🍽 Desayuno con Oksana
Quiero invitarte a vivir una mañana muy especial —
una mañana cálida, con alma, llena de aromas y sabores que recuerdan la infancia…
Donde huele a hotcakes recién hechos, pan tibio y mermelada de frambuesa.
Pero esto no es solo un desayuno.
Es un encuentro.
Es una historia — de sabor y de vida.
Una oportunidad para conocer gente nueva, escuchar historias reales, hablar sobre desayunos favoritos de diferentes países, compartir costumbres y sabores.
Incluso podrás ayudarnos a crear el menú del futuro restaurante.

Esta mañana está pensada para personas abiertas, amables, curiosas.
Para rusos, mexicanos, estadounidenses — para todos los que buscan algo auténtico.
Nos sentaremos todos en una gran mesa.
Con mantel blanco, vajilla hermosa, flores frescas y comida deliciosa.
Y por supuesto, los clásicos del desayuno ruso:
— Syrniki (te contaremos qué son),
— crepas delgadas con crema y caviar rojo,
— omelette esponjoso con salchichas rusas,
— requesón con crema agria y mermelada casera,
— avena cremosa, como la de la infancia,
— tabla de delicias rusas: caviar, pescado ahumado, jamón casero,
— mermeladas de frambuesa y fresa, mantequilla, pan fresco,
— té negro con bergamota, té de hierbas ruso (Ivan chai), café, cacao caliente, kompot (infusión de frutas secas), soda de estragón y kisel (bebida dulce espesa)…
Todo servido con cariño — generoso, hermoso, casero y real.
Es un desayuno-degustación.
