At Araamu Spa, Royal Island, that happens pretty quickly. It sits deep in the island greenery, with dark timber, running water, flowers and treatment rooms that feel completely cut off from everything else.

A few from the menu worth knowing:

🌿 Back to Roots is the signature ritual, with island-leaf smudging, sand and coconut milk poultice therapy, bamboo massage and a herbal bath to finish.

🥥 Exotic Cocoon is the tropical one, with coffee and coconut scrub, coconut yoghurt wrap and a scalp massage.

🎋 Voyager is for tired shoulders and serious tension, with deep tissue work, stretching and bamboo techniques.

💧 Shirodhara is the one for switching your mind off, ending with warm herbal oil poured slowly over the forehead.
