Not a sketch. Not a full design.
Just a very unique idea sent by the client.
Flat layers on the table…
and honestly, at this stage, it doesn’t look like much.
But this is where the transformation begins.
Step by step…
shaping, stacking, building the structure.
Slowly, it starts to make sense.
The idea starts to come alive.
And this is the part I love most…
turning something simple into something meaningful.

Today I want to share something special 🤍
These three cakes were created without any reference photo, no inspiration image… just instinct, experience, and creativity guiding every step.
Each design was imagined from scratch, shaped by feel, balance, and emotion — trusting my hands more than anything else. Sometimes the most beautiful results come when we let go of expectations and simply create.
No copy. No template. Just pure handmade artistry. 🍰
I’m grateful for the freedom to experiment and grow with every bake, and even more grateful to those who trust my work enough to let me create freely.

From my most recent genoise… to my very first attempt.
This isn’t just cake.
This is the story of my hands learning, my heart breaking, and my spirit refusing to quit.
Every sponge tells a story — of failures no one saw, tears behind the kitchen door, nights of questioning myself, and mornings of trying again.
Being self-taught means there was no shortcut.
No perfect guide.
Just passion, instinct, mistakes… and the courage to keep going.
Looking back at where I started reminds me that growth is never loud. It happens quietly — in burnt edges, collapsed layers, uneven finishes, and the decision to keep showing up.
Today I can finally see what consistency, patience, and love can build.

Every cake teaches me something new. 🌸🎂
As a self-taught home baker, I've spent countless hours watching tutorials, practicing, making mistakes, fixing them, and trying again.
These fondant cakes are part of my journey. They may not be perfect, but each one represents progress, patience, and the determination to keep learning and improving my craft.
A few months ago, I would never have imagined creating cakes like these. Today, I'm proud of how far I've come, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me next.
