🌞 Bringing Echo Flavours Home to Mauritius! 🌞

For the next few months, while I’m here in Mauritius, I thought: why not let you all enjoy the flavors I’ve been creating? Many of you joined me on my cooking journey during the COVID lockdown, and I’m beyond grateful for that support! ❤️

Now, I’m excited to bring you two signature dishes to kick things off:

🍝 Fresh Lamb Lasagne – Made with hand-rolled pasta and premium ingredients, layered to perfection.

My journey began back in 2013 when I landed in Australia, ready to dive into the world of professional kitchens. Over six years, I had the privilege of working in high-profile kitchens, where I learned from some of the best in the industry and discovered a love for creating memorable dishes.
