We’re Hiring: Group Food & Beverage Manager
At Bistro BOCA & SOHO Office Space, we’re looking for a driven and experienced professional to lead our Food & Beverage operations across multiple venues.

What you’ll do:
• Oversee F&B operations across all locations
• Ensure high standards of service, consistency, and efficiency
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance of teams
• Manage suppliers, stock, and cost control
• Drive revenue through events, catering, and upselling
• Coordinate menu planning with the kitchen team
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience in a senior F&B or restaurant management role
• Has managed multiple outlets or complex operations (preferred)
• Is a strong leader with excellent organisational skills
• Has a commercial mindset focused on profitability and growth
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Location: Malta
Driving licence required
You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and driving performance across a growing business.
