Some wines just take you a bit further into the meal

At Enchanté, the selection follows the moment, not the other way around

Here, we move into something a little more precise with Ronco del Gelso
the Riesling “Schulz”, clean and sharp, works perfectly with crudo.

Then the Friulano “Toc Bas”, lighter, easier, something you just enjoy without overthinking, especially with white meats or fish.
