Zest & Zatar , located on St. Albert Street, Gzira, is rebranding and we are looking for a highly skilled, experienced, and reliable Lead Chef to run our new kitchen.

We are not looking for a "cook"—we are looking for a Kitchen Leader who can handle speed and deliver authentic flavor.

Your Mission:

Deliver authentic, premium Arabic street food (the best Hummus, Toumia, Shawarma, Falafel in Gzira).

Maintain incredible speed during high-volume Gzira lunch rushes.

Keep the kitchen impeccably clean and compliant with all Maltese food safety standards.

Manage stock and ensure zero waste in a fast-paced environment.

What You MUST Have:

Proven, professional experience in Arabic commercial kitchens.

Valid Malta Work Permit (Essential). No applications will be processed without a valid permit.

Fluency in English.

A "can-do," reliable attitude.
