Last year, the guys from approached the brewery in the spring to ask for a non-alcoholic drink to sell on their foodtruck to go with their menu. Unfortunately, we couldn't help them but promised to try their food as soon as they started. After trying their fried seafood and fish, the fantastic cannoli, all made with fresh ingredients and cooked with such attention to detail, we fell in love with their concept and decided to celebrate the brewery's seventh birthday by pairing their food with our beer. The party was a great success, and from there the adventure of food pairing events with beer started for us. The guys, who in the meantime had become collaborators and friends, decided to embark on a new adventure and leave the island; therefore, we thought that celebrating their farewell together would be a must! Available, smiling, professional, Federico and Serena will be cooking their menu at the Summer Memories event, so don't miss them to say goodbye, or if you don't know them yet to try one of their delicacies!
