低糖無添加果醬 | Low Sugar Homemade Jam

回想當年係外面小村住既時候，去一次超級市場要開車至少一到兩個鐘🫠。所以基本上只能兩三個星期出城一次，購買當月食材。
所以當時會習慣醃製吾同類型既果醬。其中，士多啤梨🍓和藍莓🫐係首選，因為平lol😅， 同埋絕對係心頭好 💜💜💜
無論配包，鬆餅，乳酪和沙律都係一流 😋

自製果醬成份和做法極為簡單：生果，檸檬，糖。
香濃度取決於生果自身，個人口味和手法。所以每批都吾會次次一樣。呢個亦係手工製作既樂趣和特別之處。
但對於本人黎講，手工製作最大吸引力是食得開心和放心，因為知道每一啖落肚既都是天然食材💚

呢兩款果醬最近可預訂和門店提供少量出售

Making these jams reminds me of the months when I was happily ‘stranded’ in the mountainous hippie village of Bugarach. The closest supermarket being two hours away, so we’d shop for a whole month’s provision on each trip.
Storage ideas for the ‘unfreezables’ like fresh fruits? There was no better or easier way than turning them into jam.

Easy because it calls for none other than the fruit and sugar and lemon and whatever tweak you fancy adding into it. But it was also a time-consuming and attentive business, and that’s exactly what makes it part of life: we like to allow our life to be easily defined by lack, forgetting that lack is something we can make up for with a few simple -- but not simple-minded -- steps.

長大後仍然在這座城市生活，很想延續這一份小城市的溫暖🧶

所以，sora在這個聖誕準備了各款手工小點給客人自助享用，試著讓大家可以在這裡也找到暖笠笠的感覺🤗
