今日經過街市其中一間舊店
佢哋包既糭、從小食到大
幾乎跨過30年以上
水準一路都冇變過、唯獨是有變嘅
就係而家年紀開始大
要睇住每日攝取卡路里
原來一隻差不多係450個卡路里，即係一餐嘅份量

食少少就添樂趣、食得多就傷身兼油膩呵各位 😆

Their Rice dumplings
Was one of my nostalgic food item since kidos
Thirty years food making across and yet
Their standards never changed

And yet things changed was Im getting old now and need take care of my calorie daily intake.

One Rice dumpling took you 450 calories away in a day, it’s kind of like one meal intake

Eating little bit doesn’t hurt, if too much just getting a way bit too heaving and oily dude 😆
