From October 1, New Moods will reopen for its third season, with tribute bands bringing back the greatest hits of rock, pop, and French and Italian popular music, including songs by Ed Sheeran, Madonna, Céline Dion, Johnny Hallyday, Eros Ramazzotti and Queen. Two years after its revival, initiated by Stéphane Valeri, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Group, this intimate concert venue, directed by Stéphane Lobono, has definitively found its audience and is offering an increasingly eclectic program, carefully curated by Alfonso Ciulla, the Group’s Artistic Director. Meanwhile, Victor Marion, head chef at Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, has devised a new menu, once again centered on sharing and indulgence.

From the Winter Garden to the main lobby, every step through the hotel’s gallery reveals a story.

Its exquisite mosaics are one of the hotel’s most distinctive signatures—but it is the remarkable width of the gallery that truly intrigues.
In the 19th century, the hotel welcomed an aristocratic clientele, including women dressed in magnificent crinolines. With skirts sometimes reaching two meters in width, the spacious corridors allowed two ladies of society to pass comfortably side by side.

Fashion may have evolved, but the generous proportions of the gallery and corridors have endured—preserving the elegance of a bygone era.
