Today we joined the amazing Laila and her family in their traditional home-cooked restaurant in Ait Benhaddou, Ouarzazate – Morocco 🇲🇦.
We learned how to prepare authentic Moroccan tagines and bake fresh Berber bread from scratch, using local ingredients, spices and centuries-old techniques passed down through generations.
