5 things hiding in plain sight at Glacier Bargello 👀

1. The logo is a well - the one in the Museo del Bargello in Florence. That’s where the name comes from!
2. The counter is built from eco-friendly materials. Not just for how it looks 🍃
3. In Luxembourg, a small window looks straight into the lab. Most people walk past it without ever looking up 😎
4. The box keeps cold for 40 minutes - and it’s sturdy enough for a craft project. Don’t throw it away too fast🌸
5. Those curved fridges are called pozzetti. Designed to use less energy than standard display cases. Laura’s favourite detail in the whole place🧑🏼‍🍳
