Every scoop is the result of a hard training 🧑🏼‍🍳

It begins with a ✨ sense of purpose ✨ The first scoop is the foundation. It must be bold, solid, and substantial enough to carry the weight of the next one 👨🏼‍🍳

Then, comes the grace of movement. This is where you see how long one has been doing this 😜
We let the second scoop find its rhythm, relaxing on the spatula until it is perfectly poised. It is a delicate balance between gravity and fragility 👩🏼‍🍳

The final placement is a game of pressure and delicacy. You have to make so that the lower part does not fall inside (or outside 😉) the cone while you gently mold and press the two flavours together 🧑🏼‍🍳
