Position:Kitchen Assistant/Staff - Food Preparation and sales ( position)
Reports to: Manager
Job Summary:
"GZ Snacks To Go" is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality snacks.
Responsibilities:
- Skills in Liberian dishes like: GB, fry rice, rice and soup.
-Prepare ingredients and snacks according to recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Support kitchen team with food purchase, preparation and sales
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Requirements:
• Age 20+
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work in a resource limited environment
• Pastry making skills, especially ready to eat bread
• School snacks making skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Lives in Congo Town and Paynesville areas
