Many people know me as a Mechanical Engineer, but few know the story behind A Plus Biriyani.

During my school days, I had a close friend whose mother cooked what I still believe was the best biriyani in the world. Every time I tasted it, I admired the love, care, and incredible flavour in every bite.

Without even realizing it, that passion for biriyani stayed with me. Over the years, those memories inspired me, and the skill gradually became part of my own journey. Today, every plate we serve at A Plus Biriyani reflects that inspiration.
